All orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders placed in the contiguous United States can be expected between 2-8 business days once shipped. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska can be expected in 3-10 business days.

If you choose 2-Day/Express shipping at checkout your order will be shipped via UPS Next Day or UPS Second Day.

All orders under $150 will be sent via customer choice. Orders over $150 qualify for free USPS economy or UPS ground saver shipping.

International Shipping:

We do offer international shipping via USPS. Your rate will be calculated at checkout. Pricing for international shipping depends on the region you reside in.

Overnight US Domestic shipping is available: 

UPS Next Day Air Shipping is available and is calculated at checkout.

We use USPS and UPS for all shipping. You’ll be asked to select standard USPS Priority/First Class Package, USPS Priority Express or UPS shipping during checkout.

Submit a return/exchange request:

Click the "Returns & Exchange Portal" in the store's navigation at the bottom of the website (in the footer section), or go to the refund policy or the returns page, and then click on the link to request a return. Once directed to the returns portal you'll be prompted to do the following:

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return or exchange for and click "return".
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. If you are choosing an exchange click "OTHER" and in the notes section please note the item, size and color you'd like to exchange the item for.
5. Click Request return.

Once your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a store credit minus the $10 return shipping fee unless you have chosen to pay for a shipping label yourself.

If you don’t feel confident wearing your gear, we’ll take it back.  CALLIOPE must receive returns within 15 days of the customer receipt of goods date to be eligible for a refund.

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and have attached tags in original packaging.

Items may be returned within 15 days of your delivered date for online store credit.

Once a return is requested, the return item(s) must be shipped within SEVEN (7) DAYS.

Domestic (United States) flat rate return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund amount unless you pay for the shipping return label.

FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All final sale items are labeled as “Final Sale” on the product page. 

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Returns that are damaged or tampered with may not be accepted and returned to the customer. Unidentified returns may also be returned to sender. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not comply with our stated policy.
